Job Summary:
The Production Worker is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by assembling, inspecting, and packaging automotive components in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to meet quality and safety standards, and flexibility to work rotating shifts and overtime as required. Production Workers play a key role in ensuring our client delivers high-quality products to its customers on time.
Typical duties include operating basic production equipment, performing visual quality checks, following standardized work instructions, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a manufacturing setting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Manual Dexterity
- Capable of lifting 25 – 50 lbs as required
- Ability to follow work instructions, and safety procedures
- Must be willing to submit to Criminal Background Check
- Attention to detail

Work Schedule
Must be available to work at min 2 of the following Mon – Fri with potential for Overtime
- Days – 7am – 3pm
- Afternoon – 3pm – 11pm
- Nights - 11pm - 7am
- 12 Hour Rotation – 7am – 7pm or 7pm – 7am
Pay: $18.05-$19.05 per hour
