We are currently looking for an experienced Painter who takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys working in a professional, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
As a Painter, you will be responsible for completing a variety of interior and exterior painting projects while maintaining our high standards of craftsmanship and professionalism.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, filling, and masking.
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, and specialty coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Perform both residential and commercial painting projects.
- Read work orders, drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate execution.
- Coordinate with drywall finishers and other trades to maintain project schedules.
- Protect furniture, flooring, and surrounding areas before beginning work.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites throughout each project.
- Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members.
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining excellent quality standards.
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience in Canada. Experience working in Canada is considered as an asset.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial painting techniques.
- Experience using brushes, rollers, airless sprayers, and other painting equipment.
- Ability to properly prepare surfaces and produce high-quality finishes.
- Valid authorization to work in Canada (Work Permit, Permanent Resident, or Canadian Citizen).
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Must have basic hand tools required for professional painting. Major equipment is provided by the company.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely on ladders and scaffolding.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in any of the following would be considered an asset:
- Drywall repairs and finishing
- Restoration projects
- Spray finishing
- Cabinet refinishing
- Wallpaper installation or removal
