About the Role
Team Legacy is a Calgary-based insurance and financial services practice serving individuals and families. We're hiring a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to meet with clients, assess their financial protection needs, and recommend life insurance and related financial products. This is a direct client-facing sales role — not a marketing or admin position.
What You'll Do
- Meet with prospective and existing clients (leads self-generated) to review their financial protection needs
- Present and sell life insurance, invesetments, and related financial products
- Complete licensing coursework if not already licensed (we cover the process and timeline with you)
- Attend in-person training and coaching sessions at our Calgary office
- Maintain accurate client files and follow all provincial insurance regulations
What We're Looking For
- Must hold, or be willing to obtain, an Alberta life insurance license (LLQP)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with a commission-based, performance-driven pay structure
- Reliable, coachable, and able to work independently once trained
- Prior sales experience is an asset but not required — full training provided
