工作职责

* 协助安装围栏，包括搬运 posts、rails、panels、gates 及相关材料
* 协助挖柱洞、立柱、找平、拉线、校准和准备混凝土
* 协助庭院施工，包括整理土壤、铺草皮、铺碎石、铺景观石、安装 edging、铺设 pavers、整理花坛及其他庭院改造工作
* 装卸和搬运材料、工具及设备
* 协助 deck、gate 及其他户外施工相关工作
* 在监督下使用基本手动工具和电动工具
* 保持施工现场整洁、有序和安全
* 按照 supervisor 或 lead installer 的要求完成工作
* 能够在不同天气条件下进行户外工作
* 完成其他需要的 general labour 工作

We provide residential yard improvement services including landscaping, fencing, decks, yard maintenance, gravel and rock installation, paving stone work, drainage support, smart irrigation-related installation support, and general outdoor construction services.
We are currently hiring a reliable and hardworking Landscaping and Fence Installation Helper to support our outdoor construction and installation projects in Edmonton and nearby areas.
Job Duties
The successful candidate will assist with landscaping, fencing, and general yard improvement projects. Duties may include:
* Assisting with fence installation, including carrying posts, rails, panels, gates, and related materials
* Digging post holes and helping with post setting, levelling, alignment, and concrete preparation
* Supporting landscaping work such as soil preparation, sod installation, gravel and decorative rock installation, edging, paving stones, garden beds, and general yard improvement
* Loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment
* Assisting with deck, gate, and other outdoor construction-related tasks
* Using basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
* Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe
* Following instructions from the supervisor or lead installer
* Working outdoors in different weather conditions
* Performing other general labour duties as required
Requirements
* Must be legally allowed to work in Canada
* Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to do physical outdoor work
* Able to lift and carry heavy materials
* Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
* Basic construction, landscaping, fencing, or general labour experience is an asset
* Experience using hand tools or power tools is an asset
* Steel-toe boots are required
* Driver’s licence and own transportation are preferred
* Must be willing to work at different job sites in Edmonton and surrounding areas
