Duties
- Deliver freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately, maintaining food quality and presentation standards
- Clear and reset tables swiftly to ensure a clean, inviting environment for incoming guests
- Assist servers with food and beverage delivery when needed, supporting smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including wiping down tables, chairs, and floors in compliance with food safety standards
- Refill water glasses, condiments, and utensils to enhance guest comfort and satisfaction
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks such as plating or garnishing when required
- Handle guest inquiries courteously, providing friendly guest services that promote a positive dining experience
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- Familiarity with food handling safety protocols and cleanliness standards in a hospitality setting
- Experience working with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash handling tools is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with meal preparation, serving, or barista duties can enhance your versatility in this role
- Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous for understanding guest needs and delivering exceptional service
