Solace Wellness is a modern, premium multidisciplinary clinic opening in North Oshawa. Our vision is simple: create a calm, welcoming space where practitioners love coming to work and patients receive exceptional care.
We’re looking for 2 passionate Registered Massage Therapists (RMT) who wants to grow alongside a new clinic and be part of building something special from the ground up.

About the Clinic
Solace Wellness has been thoughtfully designed to feel more like a wellness retreat than a traditional healthcare clinic. We focus on creating a relaxing, elevated experience from the moment patients walk through the door.
Current services include Osteopathic Manual Therapy and Registered Kinesiology, with plans to expand into massage therapy and other complementary health services.

- Registered and in good standing with the CMTO
- Professional, compassionate and patient-focused
- Motivated to build and grow their own practice
- A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with other healthcare professionals
- Reliable, organized and committed to providing exceptional care
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive massage therapy assessments and treatments
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records through JaneApp
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients on self care and rehabilitation strategies
- Maintain CMTO standards and clinic policies
Qualifications
- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in Ontario
- Professional liability insurance
- Current First Aid/CPR (preferred)
- New graduates are welcome to apply
Schedule
Flexible contractor position with evening and weekend availability welcomed.
