Backman Vidcom is looking for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys organizing information, working with technology, and helping our sales team deliver exceptional customer solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys office-based work, is highly organized, and likes working with numbers and documentation.
What You'll Do
- Prepare quotations using manufacturer pricing
- Enter pricing and build project estimates
- Register projects with manufacturers to secure preferred pricing
- Write clear, concise scopes of work for proposals
- Assist with preparing customer quotations and tender submissions
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing and product information
- Maintain accurate records within our CRM and estimating systems
- Support the sales team throughout the quoting process
- Ensure proposals are accurate, complete, and submitted on time
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Extremely detail oriented
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable learning new software systems
- Strong with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
- Experienced and proficient user of Copilot
- An excellent written communicator
- Able to work independently while supporting a team
- Curious and willing to learn about audiovisual technology
Previous experience in estimating, inside sales, purchasing, project coordination, or the construction, electrical, or technology industries would be an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
