We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and keeping equipment running at peak performance. If you're the person everyone calls when a machine goes down, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of mechanical and electrical issues in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical failures.
- Work with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, motors, VFDs, and electrical control systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Minimize equipment downtime through efficient troubleshooting.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Mechanic.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with PLCs and HMIs.
- Solid understanding of industrial electrical systems and controls.
- Experience with motors, drives, sensors, relays, and other electrical components.
- Ability to work independently and think on your feet.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical maintenance experience is a strong asset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or Millwright certification (preferred but not required).
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
