We are looking for a talented, friendly, and motivated Hair Stylist to join our well-established salon. Responsibilities
- Provide professional haircuts, colouring, styling, treatments, and other salon services tailored to each client's needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by listening to clients and offering personalized recommendations.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation while following all health and safety regulations.
- Recommend professional hair care products and additional services that suit each client's needs.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and supporting daily salon operations as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products through ongoing learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Licensed Hair Stylist/Hairdresser (or eligible for licensing, if required in your province).
- Experience in cutting, colouring, styling, and other salon services.
- Friendly, professional, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- Retail sales experience is an asset but not required.
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
