Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Support the Marketing Manager in executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms.
- Proofread, edit copy of various materials (direct marketing, digital, social, blogs, etc).
- Coordinate timelines, creative assets, and approvals to ensure seamless rollout of campaigns.
- Coordinate installation, print, dissemination of marketing assets.
- Track campaign performance and compile reports on key metrics and ROI.
Content Creation & Design
- Assist in the development of marketing materials such as flyers, product sell sheets, email newsletters, social media graphics, and presentations.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and content creators to produce engaging marketing visuals and copy.
- Maintain consistency with brand voice and visual identity across all materials.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Manage day-to-day posting and community engagement across company social media channels.
- Support the execution of digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) and email marketing initiatives.
- Assist in tracking analytics, monitoring trends, and suggesting optimizations.
Promotions & Events
- Help coordinate in-store promotions, trade shows, and events, ensuring timely preparation of marketing assets and displays.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to execute promotional activities aligned with the marketing calendar.
- Assist with event logistics and post-event reporting.
Brand & Vendor Support
- Support co-branded and vendor-funded marketing programs by coordinating materials, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Maintain updated records of vendor campaigns and marketing spend.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (E-commerce, Operations, Design, and Sales) to ensure marketing alignment and support business goals.
- Support the development and maintenance of marketing SOPs and shared tools.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market, competitor, and trend research to support campaign planning.
- Assist in compiling data for marketing performance dashboards and reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or digital media role.
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with creative and marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Mailchimp (or similar platforms).
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Analytics).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the grocery, foodservice, or retail industry is an asset.
Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
