The Role
We are looking for a line cook who is responsible, cooperative and is willing to learn.
What You'll Do
- Run a station through dinner service, plating to Dante's standard, using correct technique, maintaining consistency, and upholding food safety standards.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of professional line experience, with time in a fine-dining or high-end scratch kitchen. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as the service calendar requires.
