Your Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in shaping every patient's experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Managing appointments and optimizing the daily schedule.
- Coordinating patient communications by phone, email, and text.
- Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements.
- Processing insurance claims and payments.
- Supporting daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Assisting with team coordination and maintaining an efficient workflow.
- Helping create a positive, organized, and enjoyable environment for both patients and staff.

- Has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
- Enjoys building relationships with patients and team members.
- Takes initiative and thrives in a busy environment.
- Is positive, solution-oriented, and professional.
- Can multitask while maintaining accuracy and composure.
- Has previous dental reception or office management experience (preferred).
- Is familiar with Tracker dental software
