Position Responsibilities
- Greet and engage positively with all our customers
- Familiarize themselves with Home Hardware’s products and locations within the store
- Escort customers to appropriate merchandise in all areas of the store.
- Help to put out stock every week when the stock truck arrives
- Ensure that all aisles are well signed, complete, faced, and clean
- A willingness to partake in regular training
- Work effectively with your team members
Experience/Knowledge Required
- Hardware experience
- Merchandising
- Excellent communication skills. Communicating effectively with customers and fellow staff members is a must.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be able to use computers effectively and learn about our computer system.
Full-time position with benefits starting immediately.
Starting wage is $17-$21 per hour, depending on experience.
