At Crossroads Express Car Wash, we don’t just wash cars; we make people’s days brighter. We are looking for a high-energy Car Wash Attendant to join our team. You’ll be the face of our tunnel wash, ensuring every vehicle gets a premium clean while helping our customers discover the value of our Unlimited Membership programs.
What You’ll Do
- Customer Experience: Greet every customer with a smile and provide a "World Class" first impression.
- Membership Growth: Educate customers on our membership packages. You aren't just "selling" - you’re helping them save money and keep their ride looking sharp.
- Loading & Safety: Guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel with clear hand signals and a focus on detail.
- Quality Control: Maintain the site’s "Express" standard- keeping the vacuum stations clean, the bins emptied, and the facility looking spotless.
- Technical Support: Perform basic equipment checks and ensure the chemicals are flowing perfectly for that Crossroads shine.
