About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Industrial Battery Technician to join our team. This role focuses on the inspection, repair, and reconditioning of lead-acid forklift batteries, along with shop support and occasional field service work.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, test, and diagnose industrial forklift batteries
- Perform battery repairs (cell replacement, watering systems, cable repairs, etc.)
- Operate shop equipment (load banks, chargers, forklifts)
- Assemble and recondition battery packs
- Maintain accurate records of work completed
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude (automotive, heavy equipment, or similar)
- Comfortable working with tools and equipment
- Physically capable (lifting, moving batteries, standing for long periods)
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Forklift experience is an asset
- Electrical knowledge is a bonus (not required)
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Lead-acid batteries (forklift, automotive, or industrial)
- Warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Basic electrical troubleshooting
