Scheduled shifts: All evenings and mandatory alternate Saturdays.
Pay: Starting at $23, depending on experience.

Position Overview:
As the Dental Admin at Shawnee Dental Clinic, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring that the team functions efficiently, and providing excellent customer service to our patients. You will play an essential role in handling patient inquiries, and maintaining a positive atmosphere in the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Office Operations: Oversee all office functions, including patient scheduling, billing, insurance verification, and front office supplies management
- Patient Interaction: Greet patients, handle inquiries, and provide a high level of customer service, ensuring patients have a positive experience from start to finish
- Financial Management: Oversee patient billing, insurance claims, and payments. Work with the dentist to ensure timely billing and collection of accounts
- Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate appointments for patients, ensuring the schedule is organized and balanced. Manage patient flow to optimize time for dental procedures
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that the office is compliant with all regulatory and safety requirements. Maintain accurate patient records and office documents.
- Marketing Support: Assist with marketing efforts to promote the clinic through social media, local advertising, and patient referrals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Dental Admin is an asset.
- Knowledge of dental office procedures, insurance, billing, and scheduling systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in dental software (e.g., Dentrix, MaxAssist) and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
