Position Overview:
Are you a skilled and experienced Roofer who is tired of the back & knee breaking of traditional roofing and would like to use your roofing skills for a more rewarding and less physical position? If so, we have an opportunity to join our dynamic team as a CREW LEADER! The ideal candidate will have a solid background in roofing, possesses heights certification, and hold a valid WHIMIS certification. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a forward-thinking company at the forefront of roofing innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to work with pressure washer type equipment on roofs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Perform roof inspections and identify potential issues.
- Ability to perform small roofing problems such as caulking and flashing.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Posses a strong ability to communicate effectively with homeowners.
- Handy with the ability to troubleshoot any minor mechanical issues.
Requirements:
- Responsible and reliable! You will be a Crew Leader!
- WHMIS Certification.
- Working at Heights Certification.
- Valid Drivers License and Clean Abstract.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient with technology.
- Caulking and sheet metal experience.
- Willing to train other crew members as we grow.
