Inter-Citi Logistics is looking for motivated, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing delivery team. As an XL Delivery Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering large and bulky items safely and professionally to residential and commercial customers throughout Central and Eastern Ontario.
This is a full-time position offering consistent hours, paid training, and opportunities for growth within our company.
What You'll Do
- Deliver large and oversized packages to customers using a company-provided box truck.
- Work as part of a two-person delivery team.
- Safely load, unload, lift, and transport heavy items using proper equipment and techniques.
- Bring items to customers' doorsteps or designated delivery locations while providing excellent customer service.
- Operate handheld technology to navigate routes and complete deliveries.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and traffic laws.
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 23 years of age (mandatory for commercial vehicle insurance eligibility).
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience with a G license

- Ability to lift, carry, and move XL packages with team assistance.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
- Previous delivery, moving, warehouse, or furniture delivery experience is an asset but not required.
