Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Window and Door Installer Helper to assist with installation projects in residential and commercial settings. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction and installation work, supporting skilled installers in delivering quality craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. MUST be able to read a tape measure. experience doing interior trim work, operating an aluminum Break, proficient at running a caulking gun is a plus but not required.
Duties
- Assist with the installation of windows and doors, ensuring proper placement and secure fitting
- Use hand tools such as drills, hammers, screwdrivers, and levels to support installation tasks
- Prepare work areas by measuring, cutting, and fitting materials according to schematics and blueprints
- Support the removal of old windows and doors during renovation or restoration projects
- Apply caulking to seal gaps and ensure energy efficiency and weatherproofing
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries on-site
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or related trades is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic construction techniques is beneficial
- Ability to read schematics or blueprints is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to job sites is preferred
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
