We are looking for full-time Customer Experience Associates to help create engaging, positive, and memorable experiences for our customers and prospects! As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be one of the first people our customers meet. You'll help create a welcoming atmosphere, start meaningful conversations, answer questions, and guide customers through a positive experience from beginning to end. Every interaction is an opportunity to leave someone with a great impression of our team and our brand.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers with a friendly, professional, and approachable attitude
- Create positive first impressions and help customers feel comfortable from the moment they arrive
- Start natural conversations and build genuine connections with customers
- Learn about each customer's needs and introduce products that may be a good fit
- Answer questions and provide clear, helpful information
- Help create an inviting, energetic environment at our event sites
- Continue developing your product knowledge and communication skills through ongoing coaching and team meetings
- Represent our company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding customer service

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
