Leading Face-to-Face Fundraiser - $20/hr Guaranteed + Bonus Pay!
Join our team as a Full-Time Fundraiser and help inspire folks to become long-term supporters of our charity partners like UNICEF, Amnesty International, and Doctors Without Borders.
Our fundraisers start at $20/hr. Those selected for a leadership position (after proving themselves in the field) will be offered a competitive hourly wage ranging from $23 to $28/hr.
We are specifically looking for someone with prior leadership experience.
We're looking for someone with the following attributes:
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong communication skills and can initiate genuine conversations
- Enjoys working outdoors - rain or shine
- Ability to be on your feet for long stretches of time
- Thrives in a goal-oriented position
- High energy and a positive outlook on life
- Candidates with experience in improvisation, stand-up, or stage performance are a plus
- Fundraising experience would be highly beneficial
- Able to work full-time hours

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in Canada
- Ability to reliably commute for each shift
- Comfortable working in a performance-based role and have the ability to meet or exceed fundraising targets
- You will be the face of a specific charity, safely engaging with the public to gain monthly supporters and keeping them up-to-date on its progress
- Be unafraid to take a stand for essential causes, ranging from environmental concerns to advocating for the rights of our LGBTQ+ loved ones
