Aurea Cleaning Company Inc. is a cleaning company based in Burnaby, BC that provides cleaning services in Surrey and surrounding areas. We are hiring a full-time Operations Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations, support staff, and help ensure client service standards are consistently met.
Position Summary
The Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing cleaning teams, supporting supervisors, monitoring service quality, and helping improve internal processes. This role is suitable for someone with strong organizational skills, leadership experience, and experience in a service-based business.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cleaning operations and service delivery
- Coordinate with cleaning staff, supervisors, and management
- Monitor client sites to ensure cleaning standards are met
- Help manage schedules, staffing needs, and shift coverage
- Respond to client concerns and support service improvements
- Track operational issues, supply needs, and staff performance
- Assist with training, onboarding, and workplace procedures
- Maintain organized records related to operations and service quality
- Support company policies, safety procedures, and professional standards
Qualifications
- Previous operations, cleaning, janitorial, facilities, or service-management experience is preferred
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an asset
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfortable working with staff schedules, client requests, and service records
- Reliable, organized, and professional
- Able to work full-time hours

Pay: $70,511.63-$86,251.68 per year
