Select People Solutions is partnering with our client to recruit a customer-focused and detail-oriented Parts Counter Sales to support daily parts operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Compensation & Hours:
- The rate of pay will be $19–$22/hr, depending on experience
- Full-time, temporary position
Position Summary:
- Assist customers in person and over the phone with parts inquiries
- Identify and recommend the correct parts based on customer needs
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and complete sales transactions
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts
- Coordinate special orders and follow up on backordered items
- Maintain accurate records using inventory and point-of-sale systems
- Help keep the parts department clean, organized, and operating efficiently
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, parts, inventory, or warehouse operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers and inventory management systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in an agricultural, automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial parts environment
- Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with equipment components
- Experience with inventory management or ERP software
