Job Overview
LTL Creative is looking for a Marketing Executive Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work closely with the Marketing Manager, assisting with event coordination, administrative tasks, marketing projects, and client communications. No two days are the same, you'll gain hands-on experience in marketing, event planning, client service, and project coordination while learning from an experienced team.

Responsibilities
Event Support
- Assist with planning and coordinating client events, promotional activations, and community events.
- Help prepare event schedules, checklists, and timelines.
- Assist with venue research, vendor communications, and booking confirmations.
- Support event setup, registration, guest coordination, and event teardown when required.
- Help organize event materials, signage, and promotional items.
- Attend events as needed to provide on-site support.
Administrative & Executive Support
- Assist the management team with scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting notes.
- Organize digital files, client information, and project documents.
- Help track project deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Support day-to-day office and administrative duties as needed.
- Assist with travel arrangements, appointments, and general coordination when required.
Team Support
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members in a professional manner.
- Help ensure projects stay organized and on schedule.
- Assist wherever needed to support the success of the team.
- Bring new ideas and a positive attitude to every project.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, administration, customer service, hospitality, or events.
- Experience using Canva and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with social media platforms is an asset.
- Experience with CRM software is helpful but not required.
