We are looking for a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team for this DAYTIME position.
Availability to work on the Weekends and Stat Holidays is a must.
Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, efficient time management, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling cash transactions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently maintained in all areas of service
- Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while enhancing guest satisfaction
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service
Experience
- At lease one year serving experience in dining restaurant is required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Basic math skills for handling bills, making change, and processing payments accurately
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with food industry operations including serving, cashiering, and upselling techniques
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with excellent time management skills

Monday to Saturday: 6am- 3pm
Sunday and Stat holidays: 7am- 3pm
