Oxford Dodge is looking for an experienced, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead all aspects of our digital marketing strategy and our marketing department.
This IS NOT an entry-level position.
We're looking for someone who understands how to build a brand, generate leads, create engaging content, analyze performance, manage advertising budgets, and continously improve our online presence across multiple platforms.

Position Summary:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, creating, executing, and analyzing all digital marketing initatives for the dealership.
The role combines strategy, creativity, advertising, photography, videography, social media management, website management, SEO, analytics, and lead generation into one exciting position.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILIES
Maintaining Vendor Relationships & Understanding/Evaluating Product Offerings:
- EDealer (Website Provider)
- Powerup (Inventory Management for Websites)
- AutoTrader (1source/listings)
- CarGurus (Dashboard Listings)
- AutocorpAI (AVA Credit Leads + Blackbook vehicle evaluations)
- Optimy (Oxford Dodge Chat tool/BDC Involved)
- DriveAI (Email/SMS Smart Campaigns + Trade Evaluations)
DMS Specific Tasks (Deskit/Reynolds):
- Help ensure inventory is uploaded to the platform properly
- Ensure the photographer is up to date on photos/process
- Diagnose issues with inventory pricing errors
- Running/Updating BDC Schedules (Reynolds/Focus)
- Printing lists for marketing campaigns/BDC Followup
- Sending out emails/campaigns via Reynolds OR DriveAI
- Pulling reports on tool performance (FOCUS)
- Maintaining accuracy of reported tool performance
- Admin for setting up new accounts in Deskit, Reynolds, DriveAI, Optimy, PowerUp etc.
General Marketing Tasks:
- Create monthly program banners for websites
- Monitor Google Ads performance (Google Ads and Monthly Calls with TRFFK)
- Monitor Facebook Ads performance (Meta Ads or monthly Calls with TRFFK)
- Social Media Management
- Content Creation
- Event Planning & Execution (JeepFest, Mopar Day etc.)
- Meeting with Vendors to explore growth opportunities
- Maintaining business relationships with surrounding business through sponsorships/collaborations
- Google Profile Maintenance for all brands
- Management of Yodeck (Signs around dealership) + Creation of Assets
- Claiming co-op funds
- Maintaining a pulse on Stellantis dealer communications
- Job Postings on Indeed for dealership positions
- Overseeing the creation of monthly radio advertisements (Blackburn Media)
- Coordination of all promotional items (Jeep for a Weekend/Detailing Packages)
- Maintaining the marketing budget and verifying if promotion is working/worth the cost
- Ordering Promotional items/stock for dealership (shirts/folders/plates/event items)
- Auditing vendor ads and ensuring they meet brand standards
- Evaluating and pulling marketing material from Stellantis portal (Dealerconnect)
- Management of the team (Inventory/Photo Manager + Marketing coordinator)
Maintenance of Website Tasks
- Updating pages as needed for different campaigns, events or product releases
- Maintaining and verifying accurate pricing of vehicles
- Responsibility of Oxford Dodge & Oxford Mobility
- Updating Dates (holidays/events)
- Ux review (looking at how well the website functions and how our customers online experience is)
- Being able to evaluate when things go wrong or break
