Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team at Glow Day Spa in Barrie, ON. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering outstanding beauty treatments and customer service, contributing to our mission of helping clients feel their best.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality aesthetic services including facials, body waxing, and makeup application.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with health regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist with retail sales of spa products and upsell services when appropriate.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Perform eyelash extensions and nail care services as required.
- Participate in product demonstrations and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Qualifications
- Valid aesthetician license or certification.
- Proven experience in a spa or salon environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and health regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
- Ability to perform various beauty treatments including makeup application and eyelash extensions.
- Sales experience in retail is an asset.
- Passion for the beauty industry and continuous learning.
