Job Summary:
We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You’ll be the face of our store by helping customers find what they need, providing great service, and keeping the store looking its best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and returns
- Work collaboratively with staff members
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
