We’re looking for passionate, energetic, and experienced Lagree Megaformer Instructors to join our growing studio group with multiple locations across the Greater Toronto Area.If you love coaching, thrive in a fast-paced group fitness environment, and are committed to delivering an exceptional member experience, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Lead safe, motivating, and results-driven Lagree Megaformer classes.
- Deliver clear, effective coaching with precise cueing, form correction, and movement modifications.
- Create an inclusive, welcoming environment that keeps members engaged and coming back.
- Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to deliver a premium class experience.
- Represent the studio with professionalism, positivity, and integrity.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to uphold programming and coaching standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Certified Lagree Instructor
- Minimum of one (1) year of teaching experience are encouraged to apply.
- We welcome experienced instructors looking to transition to the Megaformer method (Megaformer certification is available) )
- Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement principles.
- Excellent verbal communication and cueing skills.
- Ability to coach clients of all fitness levels while providing appropriate modifications and progressions.
- Positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
- Reliable, organized, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Current CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain before starting).
Availability
We’re looking for instructors who can commit to a consistent weekly teaching schedule, with availability to teach 4–10+ classes per week. Flexibility to teach mornings, evenings, and weekends is highly preferred.
Consistency is important to us, we’re looking for instructors who want to build strong relationships with members and become an integral part of our coaching team.
