Location: Esterhazy, Saskatchewan (Onsite – K2)
Starting Wage: $60.82/hour
Shift: 5-5-4 day shift
Position Summary
Perform Industrial Mechanic duties safely and efficiently while maintaining and repairing plant equipment and supporting site operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Inspect, install, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment and systems.
· Troubleshoot, dismantle, rebuild, and assemble plant equipment to manufacturer specifications.
· Operate cranes, mobile equipment, and serviced machinery safely and effectively.
· Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and components.
· Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, manuals, and work instructions.
· Utilize precision maintenance tools and complete required training programs.
· Work safely at heights using ladders, scaffolds, platforms, and equipment baskets.
· Participate in emergency/fire crew duties when required.
· Maintain compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
· Valid Journeyperson Industrial Mechanic Certificate.
· Strong knowledge of hand and power tools, welding, and cutting practices.
· Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and determine appropriate corrective actions.
· Must successfully complete criminal, drug, and alcohol testing.
· Must be authorized to work in Canada.
