Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC Router machines. This role requires a some understanding of CNC programming, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge to produce high-quality components.
Duties
- Set up and operate CNC Router
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize hand tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments for precise machining and quality control.
- Use some other machines to complete parts orders.
Skills
- Experience with CNC Router machines.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and utilize CAD software such as Fusion.
- Mechanical aptitude with a solid manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with hand tools, calipers, basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Familiarity with woodworking tools such as table saws and routers.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment requiring good organizational skills.
