We are looking for a passionate and creative Reading & Writing Teacher to join our education team. We are seeking someone who loves working with children and can inspire young learners to develop a love for reading, storytelling, and self-expression.
This role is not only about teaching writing skills, but also about helping children become confident thinkers, communicators, and creative writers through engaging activities and meaningful discussions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and teach engaging reading and writing lessons for children (ages 6–12)
- Lead activities such as story reading, discussions, creative writing, and storytelling projects
- Encourage children to express their ideas, develop their imagination, and build confidence in communication
- Adapt lessons based on students’ ages, interests, and learning needs
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative and inspiring curriculum content
Requirements:
- OCT qualification is strongly preferred
- Experience teaching reading, writing, English, or related subjects to children
- Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Passionate about working with children and supporting their growth
- Ability to create a positive, engaging, and encouraging classroom environment
- Experience with curriculum design is an asset
