What We Need
We're looking for a Journeyman Technician or a strong 3rd/4th Year Apprentice who can:
- Diagnose and repair vehicles properly
- Show up on time
- Take pride in their work
- Work independently without needing their hand held every five minutes
- Be a solid teammate
Bonus Points If:
- You can diagnose an electrical issue without replacing three parts first
- You know the difference between fixing a problem and hiding a problem
- You've ever found a 10mm socket that wasn't yours
- Customers don't mysteriously develop new noises after you've worked on their vehicle
