By understanding that the standards within the landscaping and snow removal industry are constantly changing and vary from customer to customer, EDPS strives to offer the top level of services with its practices and procedures. You, as a Foreperson/Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all on-site aspects of landscape construction projects.
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Account Manager to join our team and oversee our year-round landscaping and snow removal service portfolios. In this role, you will be the face of our company—balancing client relationship management with aggressive business growth.
Your main mission will be to retain our valued existing clients, identify opportunities to upsell services ("extras"), and actively hunt for new commercial/residential contracts. If you are a self-starter who thrives on hitting targets, building relationships, and driving revenue, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and maximum contract renewal rates.
- Proactively review current client agreements to identify gaps and sell profitable "extras" (e.g., property enhancements, additional saltings, specialized seasonal landscaping).
- Actively prospect, network, and close deals with new customers to expand our seasonal portfolios.
- Take full ownership of sales targets, with a direct focus on scaling seasonal sales/revenue by an additional $100,000+.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, reporting progress directly to leadership.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- 2+ years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, account management, or business development (experience in the landscaping, snow removal, or property management industry)
- A strong drive to seek out new business, cold call, network, and close deals.
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer-first approach. You know how to listen to a client’s needs and solve their problems.
- Highly motivated by targets, numbers, and incentives.
- Strong ability to manage multiple accounts, follow up on leads, and keep sales tracking data organized.
Compensation & Benefits

- Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 yearly (depending on experience)

- Commission payouts on all new agreements and contract "extras" signed.
- Additional bonuses tied directly to reaching company profit milestones, overall target goals, and net-new revenue growth
