The successful candidate will work as required, in a fast paced, ever changing environment with other team members and be able to perform the following:
- Qualified to operate trolleys, lifts and Raymond Reach truck or be willing to take the training to be qualified
- Unloading / Loading of trucks. Receiving, Tallying, Picking orders
- Providing excellent customer service to all our internal customers
- Ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision
- Quality reading and writing skills and able to understand production work order sheets, schedules and truck delivery schedules.
- Have good knowledge of all frozen products
- Have good mathematical skills
- Ability to work in an environment of variant temperatures
- Participating in safety and quality audits
- Involved with problem solving issues and inventory discrepancies
- Ensuring the safe and proper storage of ingredients, packaging, raw material & finished goods
- The individual must possess excellent customer service relations and the ability to maintain inventory accuracies
- Any other assigned jobs that are not covered in this posting
- Physical fit to perform job requirements and capable of repetitive heavy lifting
- Ensure the safety and wellness of yourself, other employees at HLF and our customers by following proper safe work procedures and following the proper SOP’s (standard operating procedures).
