Exodus Business Solutions is growing our product sales division and looking for a confident, relationship-driven Client Success Consultant to support B2B sales, clinic account growth, brand representation, and product education within the medical aesthetics and wellness space.
This role is best suited for someone who already has strong B2B sales experience, understands relationship-based selling, and is comfortable working independently with both inside sales and field-based opportunities. Experience in medical aesthetics, skincare, devices, injectables, clinic sales, or healthcare product sales is strongly preferred.
This is a 12-month independent contractor opportunity with a mix of monthly base retainer and healthy commission potential, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent full-time role based on performance, business growth, and mutual fit.
About the Role
As a Client Success Consultant, you will represent Exodus Business Solutions and our product partners to clinics, medical aesthetic businesses, wellness providers, and industry contacts. You will be responsible for building relationships, supporting product sales, following up with leads, maintaining account communication, and representing the brand at select trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
This is a sales-focused role, but it requires a polished, professional, and client-centred approach. We are looking for someone who can build trust, communicate clearly, follow through consistently, and support clinic partners with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage B2B sales opportunities with clinics, med spas, aesthetic practices, wellness clinics, and industry partners
- Conduct outreach through phone, email, social media, and warm lead follow-up
- Support product sales, reorders, clinic education, and account growth
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective accounts
- Represent Exodus Business Solutions and product partners professionally at trade shows, conferences, events, and clinic visits
- Participate in outside sales opportunities when required
- Track sales activity, follow-ups, opportunities, and account notes
- Communicate product value, ordering details, promotions, and next steps clearly
- Work independently to manage sales activity, client communication, and performance goals
- Collaborate with the Exodus team on campaign priorities, product launches, and sales opportunities
Requirements
- B2B sales experience is required. Applications without direct B2B sales experience will not be considered.
- Previous experience in aesthetics, skincare, medical devices, injectables, wellness, healthcare, or clinic-based product sales is strongly preferred
- Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with phone, email, CRM, and social media-based sales communication
- Professional, polished, and confident representing brands in person
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule and sales pipeline
- Dependable vehicle required for local clinic visits, events, and field sales opportunities
- Willingness to attend trade shows, conferences, and brand events as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on client commitments
- Must be reliable, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a performance-driven role
Compensation
This opportunity offers a mix of:
- Monthly contractor base retainer
- Healthy commission structure
- Additional earning potential through account growth, new openings, product sales, and conference/event opportunities
Compensation will be discussed with qualified candidates based on experience, sales background, and fit for the role.
Contractor Role Details
This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an employee position. The successful candidate will operate independently, invoice for services, manage their own tax obligations, and provide their own vehicle, phone, computer, and workspace. The role is structured around sales outcomes, account growth, client support, and agreed-upon deliverables.
The initial agreement will be for 12 months, with the opportunity to review performance, business needs, and potential transition into a permanent full-time role.
