Experienced Certified Dental Assistant (Certification in BC is Required)
Our family-oriented, multi-functioning dental practice is looking for a Certified Dental Assistant. We are a general and surgical practice committed to providing high-quality patient care. We are looking for a fast learner who is adaptable, coachable, team player and is able to thrive in a fast-paced dental practice. We are willing to train the right candidate with our clinical and office systems, but having 1–2 years of experience working in a clinical setting is required.
Schedule: (Full Time)
Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (To be discussed)
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (evening required)
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturdays 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (required)
Wage:
$32–$36 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during general, orthodontic, Invisalign, Endo, Exo and pediatric procedures
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms
- Sterilize and organize instruments according to protocols
- Take dental radiographs and CBCT's as required
- Provide patient support and ensure a positive experience
- Take ownership of assigned tasks related to operatory maintenance, inventory, and sterilization duties
- Collaborate with the team on scheduled maintenance and daily workflow
- Book next priority treatments and complete billing prior to dismissing patients to the front
Qualifications:
- Certified Dental Assistant (required)
- 1 Year experience mandatory
- iTero scanning experience is an asset (training provided)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
