- Flooring sales experience is a must have
- Estimating experience would be an asset
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a must
- Excellent computer skills
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service,
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to complete transactions accurately
- Handle cash and process payments - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to sell products and influence customer buying decisions
- Proficient in cash handling procedures - Experience with product demonstrations is a plus
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor
