We are looking for a motivated, professional, and results-driven Aesthetic Sales Coordinator / Client Consultant to join our growing team.If you are passionate about aesthetics, enjoy building relationships with clients, and have a strong background in sales, we would like to hear from you. Responsibilities:* Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, text, and social media* Conduct consultations and recommend appropriate aesthetic treatments* Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into booked appointments* Present treatment plans, packages, and promotions* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients* Coordinate appointments and assist with front desk duties when required* Maintain accurate client records and notes* Support clinic growth through exceptional customer service and sales performanceQualifications:* Fluent in both English and Persian (Farsi), spoken * Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills* Comfortable discussing treatment options and closing sales* Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, online booking systems, and software* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment* Professional appearance and positive attitudePreferred Qualifications:* Experience with or knowledge of skin treatments, laser services, body contouring, and other aesthetic procedures* Knowledge of social media platforms and client communication tools* Experience with patient coordination and treatment financing discussions* Previous experience in an aesthetic clinic, cosmetic surgery clinic, medical spa, or plastic surgery practice preferred* Proven sales experience, preferably in aesthetic or medical services
