Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit
- Take customer orders accurately and process transactions efficiently at the cash register
- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly as needed, following food safety guidelines
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations
- Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling and safety procedures
- Restock supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning properly for smooth operations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless dining experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food handling techniques
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle monetary transactions accurately
- Understanding of food safety standards and practices in the food industry
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends or evenings if required
- Prior experience with meal preparation or restaurant operations is a plus
