Job Details
The Building Caretaker is responsible for maintaining a clean and presentable building, both inside and outside, on a daily basis, but will also support building operations and assist with administrative tasks.
Shift Available:
- Saturday & Sunday from 8:00A M to 4:00 PM
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Clean the common areas of the building.

Assist in building move-ins / move-outs.

Complete building security inspections.

Program enter-phone codes and fobs.
-
Report building issues in writing.

Assist first responders and execute emergency protocol.

Facilitate trades and general handyman tasks.

Other duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Be reliable and punctual.

Friendly, customer-focused attitude.

Able to lift 20 lbs and climb a 5ft ladder.

Able to use cleaning equipment and chemicals.
-
Open to clean light biohazard waste.
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and online tools.

Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and products.
