Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, making them feel comfortable from the first moment.
- Manage reservations and waiting lists accurately using Touch Bistro and OpenTable.
- Escort guests to their tables promptly, ensuring smooth seating arrangements during busy hours.
- Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information about wait times, menu items, or special events. Will also take delivery and pickup orders over the phone.
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to uphold a welcoming environment.
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
