A a growing family-owned manufacturing and distribution company looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join their team.
This is more than a typical warehouse role. You'll play a key part in keeping their operations running smoothly while enjoying a variety of responsibilities and the opportunity to grow with our company.
Pay: $23.00-$27.00/hour
Responsibilities
- Shipping and receiving
- Warehouse organization and inventory control
- Cycle counts and inventory accuracy
- Loading and unloading materials
- Forklift operation (training provided if needed)
- Supporting production with materials
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments
- Occasional rush deliveries and backup driver coverage
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with physical work and changing priorities
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence (or higher) with a clean driver's abstract
- Forklift experience is an asset but not required—we'll train the right person
