URGENTLY HIRING
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team. This is daytime work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional setting where attention to detail and reliability are highly valued. MUST be 18 yrs old and ready and willing to work at a fast pace.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in designated areas
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards
- Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and maintained in accordance with health and safety guidelines
- Follow safety procedures during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties
- Adhere to the scheduled cleaning routines and complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes
Experience
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and steam cleaners is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable with a positive attitude and good communication skills
