Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, full-time Production Worker – Boxing & Shipping to join our manufacturing team. This position is scheduled for day shifts, Monday-Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
No previous manufacturing experience is required. We provide full, hands-on training to ensure your success in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and package automotive line kits according to work instructions.
- Pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare shipping labels.
- Label, bag, and box finished products for shipment.
- Perform visual and final quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
- Organize warehouse inventory.
- Use hand tools, calipers, and measuring instruments when required to verify product accuracy.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked with materials.
- Record production information using basic computer software.
- Cross-train in multiple production areas and assist with other manufacturing tasks as needed.
Note: This role does not require heavy lifting (all items are under 10 lbs).

Training & Work Environment
We provide comprehensive, on-the-job training and cross-training across multiple areas of the facility. You will learn how to identify the correct parts and part numbers, assemble and package automotive line kits, pick and prepare customer orders, prepare shipping labels, inspect finished products, and recognize common production issues.
No previous manufacturing experience is required. We're looking for dependable people who pay attention to detail, take pride in producing quality work, and are eager to learn.
Pay
Starts at $20.00-$23.00/hour, based on experience.
