We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be a sales-driven leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
What you’ll be doing…
- Accountable for recruiting, developing and retaining top talent
- Build customer relationships through engaging customer service that makes the customer feel cared for and confident about their purchases
- Create and maintain visually appealing merchandising and window displays following brand standards and directives
- Oversee daily store staff scheduling, operations, loss prevention and maintenance of standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping and working environment
- High level of passion and energy, while providing an expert level of product knowledge
- Create a fun and interactive atmosphere.
- Ensure your Team meets sales goals and key metrics
- Executing company standards in all store operations

- A high level of customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills
- Hands-on leadership style with strong people development and management skills
- Excellent English communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Computer literacy and proficiency with email, POS, staff scheduling applications, Word, Excel, etc.
- Superior time management and organizational skills
- Flexible availability – including days, nights, weekends, holidays
- Exceptional time management, organization and follow through skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and mature, professional judgment and conduct with a strong work ethic and personal integrity.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Newmarket (Upper Canada Mall): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience
- Proven experience in retail sales
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in budgeting, sales forecasting, and inventory management
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $3,000.00 per month
