Job Overview:
We’re seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales Agent who thrives in a hybrid selling environment combining outbound telesales with in-person retail visits. This role is responsible for growing distribution, increasing sell-through, and building strong retailer partnerships within an assigned territory.
You’ll primarily manage accounts in your territory to gain product listings, strengthen relationships, execute merchandising, and support retail staff. This role rewards strong organization, consistent execution, and a genuine ability to influence at store level.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a defined territory of retail accounts through consistent outbound engagement, including calling, emailing, and disciplined CRM follow‑up.

Expand distribution and drive reorders by building strong, trust‑based relationships with retail partners and ensuring our brands are positioned for success.

Support new product launches, ensuring retailers are informed, prepared, and excited to bring new items to market.

Support and host events and popups.

Educate retail teams on product features, brand positioning, target consumers, and assortment opportunities.

Support product training and staff engagement.

Maintain accurate CRM documentation, including activity logs, visit notes, and sample tracking, ensuring visibility and alignment across the sales organization.
Expectations:

Achieve monthly distribution + velocity targets and activity KPIs.

Partner closely with Sales partners and leadership to ensure ongoing alignment.

Become fluent in all brands within product portfolio to act as SME with retail staff.

Provide feedback to improve product, programs and market execution.

Represent the brands professionally and consistently.

Qualifications:

2+ years of sales experience (CPG, cannabis, or beverage alcohol preferred).

Comfortable with high‑volume outbound calling and consultative selling.

Proven ability to manage a territory independently and hit performance targets.

Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills.

Knowledge of regulated retail environment.

Comfortable using basic CRM and reporting tools.
Working Conditions:

Regular travel within assigned territory for store visits.

Time spent standing, merchandising, or supporting in‑store activities.

Work within regulated retail environments and follow all compliance standards.

Occasional lifting, stocking, or setup of product displays.
