Reporting to the Director of Campus Technology Services, this role provides executive-level administrative support to the Director and the broader IT department, and manages IT purchasing, vendor contracts, and related financial activity for the College. This position coordinates the Director's calendar, meetings, and communications, while also assisting in evaluating vendor proposals, negotiating contract terms, and managing contracts end-to-end, including renewals, performance tracking, and issue resolution. In addition, this position coordinates IT projects across departments and works with staff and leadership across both campuses.
