Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair styling services tailored to each client's needs.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness.

- Assist with retail sales through effective upselling techniques.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest hair styling trends and techniques.
- Support team efforts to create a welcoming and relaxing environment.
- Ensure proper sanitation protocols are followed at all times.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a hairstylist with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards within a salon environment.
- Ability to upsell retail products effectively.
- Passion for current hair trends and continuous learning.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a team-oriented attitude.
- Previous experience working in an Aveda or similar upscale salon is a plus.
