Regal Woodworking & Design Inc. is looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labour / Delivery Assistantto join our team.
This is a hands-on position that involves assisting with deliveries, loading and unloading custom millwork, and supporting our shop operations. When there are no deliveries scheduled, you will assist our production team with general shop duties.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload cabinetry, millwork, and materials safely.
- Assist with deliveries to residential and commercial job sites across the GTA.
- Prepare and organize materials for upcoming installations.
- Help keep the shop, warehouse, and delivery vehicles clean and organized.
- Assist the shop team with general labour tasks, including moving materials, organizing inventory, packing completed projects, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Support installers and production staff as needed.
- Follow all company safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid G driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in cabinetry, millwork, construction, moving, warehouse, or delivery is an asset but not required.
- Forklift experience is an asset.
